Getting here
You can find us via the Hackney Marshes Centre Car Park, E9 5PF. If you’re arriving from Homerton Road, you enter the car park via the big green gates and continue until the car park opens out. Take a right to follow the fence line and you will see two sets of gates. We are the one on the right with a grassy lawn and plenty of trees in pots behind.
Bicycles
You can bring your bicycle into the nursery or there are bicycle racks outside Hackney Marshes Centre
Public Transport
308 and W15 to Hackney Marsh Playing Fields
Nearest Overground stations are Homerton (20 min walk or 308/W15 bus) and Hackney Wick (22 min walk or 276 bus).
Car
We encourage everyone to arrive under their own steam or via public transport if possible. If you need to arrive by car, you can park at the Hackney Marshes Centre car park. Please note, this car park is subject to the Hackney Marshes Centre opening times.

Accessibility
The tree nursery is mainly flat but the ground is mostly grassed and uneven and this can be difficult for wheelchair users. There are no steps except to a portacabin which serves as our office, to our compost toilet and to our toolsheds. The polytunnels are accessible and the Hackney Marshes Centre opposite is fully accessible. There is seating at various places around the tree nursery.
Our planting activities are held in Hackney's parks and open spaces.
